Casa Cassina is located directly in the historic center of Cassina d’Agno, a village overlooking Lake Ceresio, in a strategic position along the Ponte Tresa – Lugano route.
In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous services and public amenities, and just a few kilometers away lies the Italian border, offering an even wider range of facilities.
The area allows quick access to Lugano city center, Lugano FFS railway station, Agno FLP station (Lugano–Ponte Tresa railway connection), and the Lugano-Nord motorway exit.
The project involves the renovation of the existing building, which essentially consists of two adjoining volumes of different heights located at the corner of Via al Bosco and Via San Giorgio.
The building permit approved by the Municipality of Agno предусматривает the creation of four apartments of various types.
